We live on a small farm on the border between Devon and Cornwall. We really love sheep and have a small flock of lovely woolly sheep. We are not registered organic but we are as good as – choosing low inputs and trying to do everything in the most natural and environmentally friendly way.

We also really love wildlife of all sorts and on our farm have left plenty of sheep free areas for wildlife to thrive. We have worked over the last few years with Devon Wildlife trust to create some beautiful species rich wildflower meadows. Last year we introduced water voles back into the ponds, and we are lucky enough to have a resident barn owl who we love!

A family member (who is also a talented felt maker) gave us a beautiful Felted Sheepskin rug as a wedding present 15 years ago. We still have the rug today and it is still beautiful! They kindly taught us the art of creating these rugs. I now work alongside my mum so it’s a real family affair.
