Wolverine is a beast of a fleece, it is huge! The staple is long, straight and incredibly silky soft to touch. The fleece has a shiny lustre and a great depth. The colours range from black to grey to brown, with the odd white patch. Its very striking and rustic – its a beauty! The backing is strong dark grey felt. This fleece was turned into Felted Sheepskin with love at our small farm in Devon.

Wolverine, acquired her name through her fleece colours, a range of browns, dark greys and flashes of white – we think she’s a particularly handsome ewe.
Personality wise, she is such a serious sheep, to the point her seriousness makes us giggle. She is also very curious of the world and doesn’t miss a beat. She acts at a guard to the rest of the flock alerting them with calls when something has changed. She’s 3 years old and a very good mum.
